ProTherapy has received the latest list of self-help books in the Overcoming series that can be extremely useful for both client and therapist whilst undertaking evidence-based therapeutic treatment.
Some of the titles cover subjects such as Mindfulness, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, Compassionate Mind Approach and Relaxation and Stress Reduction - all linking in with the Cognitive and Behavioural Therapies.
